Description

The position focuses on performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, including equipment such as packaging machines, blow molders, labelers, and palletizers. Responsibilities involve diagnosing and resolving faults in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure continuous availability of production lines. The operator actively participates in scheduled technical shutdowns and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring all operations comply with quality and efficiency standards. It is essential to record all interventions and faults in the maintenance management system, maintaining accurate records for analysis and continuous improvement. Additionally, the operator must maintain an orderly and clean workplace, strictly adhering to safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP protocols. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, often under pressure, prioritizing operational safety and minimizing downtime. Integration into an experienced team enables knowledge sharing and collaboration on improvement projects, contributing to the department’s overall performance. It is essential to be accustomed to rotating shifts, hold a valid driver’s license and have personal transportation, and demonstrate teamwork and problem-solving skills under pressure. Experience with PLCs and knowledge of frequency inverters and servo motors will be viewed favorably, adding a valuable layer of technical specialization to the profile.
