We are seeking a physician to conduct medical evaluations, follow-ups, and healthcare provision for the center's users. Responsibilities include physical examinations, diagnosis, prescription of treatments, as well as medication monitoring and review. The physician will also be responsible for preparing and updating clinical records and medical reports, coordinating with the nursing team and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. When necessary, the physician will inform and advise families regarding users' health status and progress, and participate in the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of healthcare services, applying clinical protocols and contributing to continuous quality improvement. A degree in Medicine and active registration with the Medical Association are required. Experience in geriatrics, care for older adults, or the socio-healthcare sector is valued but not mandatory.
