Job Summary: We are seeking announcers/sales associates for gaming venues in La Palma, responsible for sales, customer service, number announcements, and facility management. Key Highlights: 1. A leading Canary Islands-based gaming enterprise group is seeking announcers/sales associates for its venues on the island of La Palma. **Main job responsibilities include:** 1. Selling bingo cards and collecting payments. 2. Maintaining amusement machines and supervising their use. 3. Performing admission and customer control duties, verifying that identification documents belong to the individuals presenting them, and denying entry to those legally prohibited from entering. 4. Conducting number announcements and prize payouts. 5. Explaining and interpreting game rules. 6. Providing players or visitors with fractional coin change upon request. 7. Closing the shift within the employee’s working hours. 8. Conducting inventory checks. 9. Opening and closing the workplace. 10. Ensuring and maintaining optimal cleanliness of facilities, amusement machines, products, and restrooms. 11. Assisting in cash counting, packaging, and partial or full cash drawer audits. 12. Receiving, restocking, organizing, and supervising merchandise. 13. The employee agrees to comply with applicable gaming regulations, especially those prohibiting access by minors and legally incapacitated persons. 14. Other duties inherent to the position as required by the company but not described above. **Additional technical knowledge required for the position:** \- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. \- Strong communication skills and interpersonal aptitude. \- Ability to perform quick calculations. **Competencies:** Customer Orientation/Excellence in Tasks; Versatility/Teamwork; Responsiveness; Results Orientation.
