What will be your mission? You will serve as the focal point for labor market matters and corporate relations, generating employment and training opportunities while aligning companies’ needs with the talent of program participants. What will you do? Analyze and keep the labor market updated, identifying sectors, professional profiles, and hiring trends. Conduct corporate prospecting and establish relationships with companies, associations, and public bodies. Source job openings, internships, and training opportunities. Manage labor intermediation processes, tailoring candidate applications to companies’ requirements. Establish and maintain partnerships and collaboration agreements with companies. Advise companies on recruitment, hiring, human resources, subsidies, and bonuses. Support program participants in their entry into the labor market and monitor their integration processes. Participate in managing and monitoring training activities and internships within companies. Represent the organization at networks, forums, and other employment-related events. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, particularly in: Corporate labor intermediation. Employment programs targeting individuals facing barriers to labor integration. Personnel selection and corporate relations. Organization and monitoring of training. **Knowledge:** Labor market dynamics, sectors offering employment opportunities, personnel selection, labor mediation, job platforms, and digital tools. We seek a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, results orientation, organizational ability, flexibility, and teamwork capacity. Familiarity with the social and cultural reality of the Roma Community, as well as training in gender equality, will be valued. **Digital Competencies:** Advanced digital competence is required, especially in digital employment environments, e-learning platforms, Office suite, and management and communication tools.
