Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to support food preparation, production, and maintenance of the work area in hotels, coordinating closely with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in preparing and assembling basic dishes 2. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area 3. Coordinate with the team during service We are looking for a kitchen assistant for hotels in the Community of Madrid. Prior experience in kitchens, hotels, or catering is required, along with availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with immediate start. Duties include preparing and assembling basic dishes following the chef's instructions, supporting production, mise en place, and plating; maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area; coordinating with the team during service; and assisting with general tasks as needed by the hotel. A renewable temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent employment. Salary ranges from €9.50 to €10.20 gross per hour. Working schedule is from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week and rotating shifts.
