**Internship Characteristics:**
* **Modality:** In-person
* **Location:** Majadahonda
* **Duration:** Minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the period by an additional 6 months.
* **Study Allowance:** Gross monthly allowance of €700
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00–15:00; Friday, 8:00–14:30
* **Start Date:** Immediate

**What profile are we looking for?**

**Academic Background**: Master’s students in Law, International Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE); studies in Taxation, Executive Compensation, or International Mobility will be considered favorably.
**Languages**: English at C1 level
**Proficiency in specific applications and software**: Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
**Required Competencies/Skills**: Analytical thinking, data-oriented mindset, effective communication, strong organizational and planning abilities, high commitment, and eagerness to learn.
**What will you do during this internship?**

* Participate in the management of cash and stock-based incentives, supporting monitoring and estimation calculations throughout the incentive generation period.
* Support the preparation and settlement of variable remuneration conditions (national and international).
* Assist in managing international social benefits (pension calculations, pension commitment implementation, taxation).
* Collaborate on reporting to governance bodies (Boards of Directors, CNR, etc.), external institutions (CNMV), and internal reporting (annual reports, annual report).
* Assist in reviewing expatriation contracts and letters, and prepare remuneration conditions and related annexes.
