Description
Incorporation of a Human Resources Technician for selection, management, and coordination of personnel for new educational projects starting in the 2026/2027 academic year\. Location: Fabra Formació offices in Lleida.
Responsibilities or tasks include personnel selection and coordination, as well as active maintenance of the job pool to cover replacements due to sick leave, vacations, or personal days. Collection and processing of data and documentation required for new hires; formalization of employment contracts; sending and tracking of contractual documentation to ensure timely return with proper signatures; coordination of onboarding training sessions; preparation of supplementary documentation related to replacements; timekeeping control via an application; and preparation of monthly payroll. Attendance monitoring of participants and scheduling of staff activities. Participation in planning and management meetings to carry out necessary actions for the educational program or project.
* Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in personnel management, especially in selection, coordination, processing of employment contracts and contractual documentation, timekeeping control, and payroll administration. Experience in incident management and resolution.

Master’s or postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management and Leadership will be valued.
