




Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Technician to manage HR administrative processes, handle employment contract processing, assist employees, and support personnel selection. Supporting personnel selection In Aranjuez, we are looking for a person to manage HR-related administrative processes. Your main responsibilities will include processing employment contracts, invoicing, and resolving incidents. You will also assist employees by addressing questions regarding leave, absences, payroll, and other labor-related matters. Additionally, you will provide support in personnel selection, including expanding the candidate pool, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing other duties inherent to the role. This is a temporary 3-month contract with full-time working hours (40 hours per week). Working days are Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with breaks established by law.
