The **Hotel Montera Madrid** 5\* features 93 beautifully decorated rooms with all the comforts one expects from a **Curio Collection by Hilton** hotel, and a fantastic **restaurant and cocktail bar** offering the most impressive views of Madrid's skyline. We are seeking 1 **host/hostess** to join the hotel, who will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: * Greet guests upon arrival, present table options, escort them to their tables, and introduce the menu. * Ensure effective communication among staff across different outlets to monitor availability and free tables during various restaurant service shifts. * Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure the restaurant ambiance meets hotel standards. * Receive, register, and arrange reservations and special events held at the restaurant. * Answer internal and external phone calls regarding reservations or other matters related to the department. * Support other team members with additional duties including cleaning, storage, and napkin folding. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in 5\* hotels or *fine dining* restaurants is highly desirable. * Excellent guest service skills. * **High proficiency in English and Spanish.** Additional languages are a plus. **CONDITIONS:** * Permanent part-time contract. * Salary according to the Madrid hospitality collective agreement. * Meals, transportation allowance, and overtime pay. * Hilton hotel chain benefits (*staff rates*, training, etc.).
