Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** * Achieve departmental objectives as well as critical processes and staged activities within the area, in accordance with hotel-established standards. * Manage and promote the entertainment and service program offered to guests. * Supervise, control, and organize all entertainment activities conducted at the hotel, paying attention to decoration, service delivery, setup, and addressing any guest needs. * Deliver the designated special assistance service for VIP and special guests. * Attend to and advise guests on their requests to ensure a personalized experience. * Coordinate jointly with other departments and external suppliers regarding entertainment activities to be carried out at the hotel, ensuring the best possible guest experience. * Listen to, manage, and follow up on guest complaints during their stay at the hotel. * Achieve customer satisfaction targets on TripAdvisor, Booking, Google, Google Daia Beach, Google Tavira, InStay, PostStay, and internal and external TUI Quality reviews, as well as manage and follow up on guest complaints and improvement suggestions. * Implement standards outlined in the Operational Ambience Manual. * Perform other duties within your competence as requested by your direct supervisor. * Comply with organizational quality, safety and health, environmental, and data protection standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** University Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Advertising and/or Public Relations. A postgraduate qualification in Event Management and Protocol / Public Relations / Tourism Animation or similar is desirable. Minimum 2 years’ experience in this role or a similar position at 4\* or higher category hotels. German and English at B2 level.
