Summary: This role involves welcoming members, managing queries, and ensuring a premium experience while maintaining the reception area in a premium health and wellness group. Highlights: 1. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in a similar role (reception, customer service, or administration) Sufficient English proficiency to hold conversations (telephone and in-person interactions) Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel) Strong communication, organizational, and public-facing interpersonal skills Ability to manage calls, emails, and schedules Proactive, responsible individual with a professional appearance Availability for rotating weekends Preferred qualifications: Experience in corporate environments, sports clubs, or hotels Knowledge of additional languages We offer: Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Rotating weekends Salary: €10.35 gross/hour **Would you like to join** **Europe’s** **leading premium health and wellness group?** Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do.
