Job Summary: We are seeking an operator for the fleshing process, responsible for handling tools, cleaning and maintenance, and compliance with hygiene and safety prevention regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of fleshing tools for separation of meat and skin 2. Cleaning and maintenance of tools and compliance with regulations 3. Physical stamina and ability to work in teams in production environments Company specializing in leather manufacturing, with a physical presence in Silla (Valencia), requires additional staff for its fleshing process. We are looking for an operator available to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), whose **main responsibilities** will be as follows: \-Manual operation of fleshing tools for separating meat from skin. \-Cleaning and maintenance of tools. \-Compliance with hygiene regulations. \-Compliance with occupational safety prevention regulations. **Requirements:** \-Prior experience in the meat industry is desirable. \-Physical stamina and suitability for production environments. \-Flexible availability. \-Ability to work effectively in a team. **Offered:** \-Fixed-term contract. \-Full-time position. \-Gross fixed salary: As per collective agreement.
