Job Summary: Maintenance professional responsible for tracking, modifying, and innovating manufacturing processes, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and improving production efficiency. Collaboration in the design and implementation of efficiency improvements We are seeking a maintenance professional to work in Sant Joan Despí. Main responsibilities include overseeing general maintenance of new machinery, as well as participating in the modification and innovation of manufacturing processes. The role involves monitoring processes on the continuous production line and assisting with machinery maintenance tasks. Corrective and preventive maintenance will be performed on plant equipment. In addition, proposals and implementations of improvements will be carried out to resolve recurring failures and optimize machinery sustainability and availability. Collaboration will also take place in designing and implementing improvements to enhance production efficiency, working in an R\+D pilot plant with equipment such as mixers, conveyor belts, and industrial ovens. The position is full-time (40 hours per week), with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night, including statutory rest periods. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing the same functions. * We seek a proactive, solution-oriented, results-driven individual capable of autonomous work and continuous learning. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. * Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge. \- Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and anthropomorphic robots. \- Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet/EtherCAT). \- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings is mandatory. \- PLC programming experience with Siemens TIA PORTAL and HMI screens is desirable. \- Experience maintaining automatic food production lines is desirable.
