This position focuses on direct customer service within a high-end pastry shop. Key responsibilities include advising customers on the wide range of products, answering inquiries regarding ingredients, flavors, and presentations. Additionally, orders are handled—both those placed at the counter and special orders—ensuring accurate processing and follow-up. Another essential task is organizing and restocking the counter and display cases, maintaining an attractive visual standard and impeccable presentation that reflects product quality. Packaging and packing purchases are also performed carefully and precisely, guaranteeing products reach customers in perfect condition. The role requires constant interaction with the public, promoting customer satisfaction and contributing to the shop’s welcoming atmosphere. The person in this position is a key point in the customer experience, combining product knowledge with service skills. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where cleanliness and attention to detail are essential. A friendly and solution-oriented approach is prioritized, adapting to each customer’s needs. The ability to collaborate as part of a team with kitchen and sales staff is fundamental to daily operations.
