Cubdens Dental Clinic, a leading dental center located at Via Júlia 147, Barcelona, is seeking a senior General Dentist with solid clinical experience to lead the Conservative Dentistry department and join a stable, dynamic, and continuously growing professional project. We are looking for a dentist capable of: Performing high-quality comprehensive diagnoses, identifying each patient's actual needs. Designing multidisciplinary treatment plans with a holistic view of oral health. Coordinating and distributing treatments across the clinic’s various specialties, optimizing resources and ensuring clinical excellence. Clinically leading cases under their responsibility, ensuring proper execution and follow-up. Building patient trust through clear, ethical, and professional communication. Contributing to the growth and development of the clinical team through a collaborative, results-oriented attitude. Professional Profile Degree or License in Dentistry. Proven experience in general and conservative dentistry. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive diagnoses and manage complex cases. Outstanding leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills. Strong commitment to clinical quality and patient experience. A vocation for professional growth and continuous improvement.
