Administrative management of commercial proposals and engineering budgets We are looking for a billing and budgeting administrative assistant with an indefinite contract and full-time schedule. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00, with two hours off for lunch; Fridays from 07:00 to 14:00\. The annual gross salary is 22\.361,24 euros, and the position is on-site in the northern area of Madrid. Responsibilities include controlling, preparing, and issuing invoices to customers and suppliers. The role also involves archiving, registering, tracking, and administratively controlling commercial proposals and engineering budgets. Additionally, the candidate will manage delivery notes, control technical documentation, perform digital and physical archiving, and carry out other administrative tasks delegated by management. * Vehicle required for commuting to the workplace and residence in the northern area of Madrid (Torrejón de Ardoz, Coslada, or San Fernando de Henares) * Availability to work overtime. * FPI / FPII in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in administrative roles, with prior experience strongly focused on billing and budget handling being highly valued. * Strong organizational skills, numerical rigor, attention to detail, and agility in using administrative management systems.
