**Description:** ---------------- At **CE Consulting**, we are seeking to incorporate a **Labor Consultant** into our team of professionals at our offices in Burgos, León, or Valladolid, to advise and guide companies and self-employed individuals on all matters related to labor affairs, optimize their resources through effective and efficient management of their processes, and deliver the level of commitment and professionalism that clients/companies require to achieve their defined objectives—ensuring respectful and professional communication at all times and consistently developing customized solutions tailored to each client/company. **Key responsibilities for this position include:** * Full management of the payroll cycle (processing incidents, calculating IRPF and payroll, verification, payments, and closing). * Drafting employment contracts; related documentation and termination settlements (finiquitos). * Managing loans, advances, and judicial garnishments. * Preparing monthly reports. * Preparing and filing tax returns (forms 111, 190, 216…). * Reporting remuneration concepts. * Managing Social Security contributions and registrations (Siltra, Sistema Red). * Providing customer support and consultation services to clients/companies. **We offer:** \- Working hours: Continuous schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:30–15:30 (summer schedule from 01/June to 30/September: 08:00–15:00\). * Work modality: Hybrid. On-site work with two optional remote workdays per week. \- Salary: €26,000–€28,000 gross per year. * Start date: September.
