CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Sales Advisor to join its Rosa Clará Murcia store. **Responsibilities:** * Providing personalized customer service throughout all stages of the process (sales and after-sales). * Boosting store sales and helping achieve set targets. * Collaborating in all necessary operational tasks to ensure proper store functioning (order and stock management, inventory preparation and execution, contact with external suppliers, monitoring of alterations and associated fittings, etc.). * Performing all tasks related to the process from sale to order delivery. * Maintaining the Visual Merchandising and Customer Service standards established by the Brand. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role; experience in the Bridal Fashion sector is highly valued. * Knowledge of tailoring and experience managing personalized sales (boutique environment) with excellent customer service skills are desirable. * Intermediate level of English is desirable. * Candidates accustomed to working with targets and incentives. * We seek proactive, solution-oriented individuals with strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity towards products and fashion.
