We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the airline’s OCC department, ensuring flight and aircraft safety standards while working rotating shifts. * Monitor all flights (departure and arrival times, delays, causes, etc.). * Coordinate incidents, delays, aircraft swaps, diversions, cancellations, etc. with affected departments. * Prepare daily flight status reports. * Manage and track SMS reporting in case of incidents. * Support the implementation of procedures and continuous improvements within the department.
