The logistics administrator position serves as a central element in managing and controlling daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of operational key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that the company's established productivity and efficiency targets are met. This involves data collection, trend analysis, and generation of periodic reports to support informed decision-making for optimizing logistics processes. Additionally, the role entails thorough stock control and inventory management, guaranteeing record accuracy and minimizing discrepancies. The professional will also be responsible for managing reverse logistics within the returns area, coordinating the flow of returned goods and ensuring their proper reintegration into inventory or final disposition according to established protocols. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, consistently maintaining quality and precision across all documentation and operational tasks. Report generation and document control complete the functional profile, ensuring all relevant information is organized, accessible, and available for internal or external audits. This role is fundamental to sustaining the supply chain and directly contributes to end-customer satisfaction through efficient and effective logistics management.
This offer includes an annual gross salary of 24\.500 euros and a working schedule from 08:00 to 16:00 hours. The initial contract is fixed-term, specifically lasting 3 months (90 days). Availability to work weekends and public holidays is required, subject to operational needs and warehouse workload.
At least one year of demonstrable experience in an administrative role within the logistics field and in a warehouse environment is required. Solid knowledge and practical experience in tracking and analyzing operational KPIs, as well as in stock control, inventory management, and reverse logistics processes, are essential. The minimum required qualification is a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle or equivalent, preferably in fields related to administration or logistics.
