




Job Summary: Coordination of administrative, logistical, and secretarial tasks—including switchboard operations, reception, scheduling, corporate travel, and document management—with support to the administration department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage a high-volume switchboard and handle customer/visitor reception. 2. Coordinate executive schedules, corporate travel, and courier services. 3. Perform document management, invoice registration, and administrative support. \- High-volume telephone switchboard management: call classification and routing to respective departments. \- Customer and visitor reception and supervision/organization of meeting rooms. \- Coordination of executive schedules and logistics for corporate travel (flights, hotels, reservations). \- Coordination of incoming and outgoing courier services, ensuring timely delivery of documents and packages, and digitizing records in the internal system to ensure traceability and efficient information access. \- Document management and secure bulk shipments: request, receipt, validation, and archiving of documentation. \- Invoice registration in the system, data validation, and archiving to facilitate compliance with established accounting procedures. \- Collaboration and support to the administration department.
