




We have a new job opportunity for you: a food industry company located in Mercabarna is looking for an administrative assistant with customer service responsibilities. To perform the following tasks: * Document management (filing, classifying, and keeping documents up to date). * Data entry (using Excel, Word, and Outlook). * Stock and order control (inventory management and tracking customer and supplier orders). * Answering phone calls and emails (resolving inquiries and recording orders). * Communication with customers. * Other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, according to service needs and including breaks established by law. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * We are looking for a responsible and dynamic individual. * Knowledge of the food industry is desirable. * Residing near the workplace is a plus. .
