




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to perform reception, document review, filing, document dispatch, and support treasury tasks, with a proactive and organized attitude. We are looking for a person to fill a temporary administrative position in Madrid. Responsibilities include document reception, review, filing, and dispatch, as well as supporting the Treasury department in simple reconciliation and record balancing tasks. Other administrative duties typical of the role are also included. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week, Monday through Friday, on a split schedule between 08:00 and 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Proactive attitude, ability to learn, and strong willingness. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * We seek a committed, organized, and detail-oriented individual. * Living near the workplace is considered an advantage.
