




Position Summary: We are seeking a person for administrative and accounting tasks, providing support in financial administration and managing accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial administration and payment/receivable management support 2. Invoice issuance, management, registration, and documentation archiving 3. Accounting transaction recording and bank reconciliations We are looking for a person to perform administrative and accounting tasks at a logistics and warehousing company located in Constantí, Tarragona. The initial incorporation will be under a temporary contract of 4 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. Main responsibilities include providing support to the financial administration department, monitoring payments and receivables, and assisting with expense planning. The candidate will also be responsible for invoice issuance, management, and registration, as well as archiving related documentation. Additionally, the candidate will record accounting transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and collaborate on monthly and annual financial closings, maintaining smooth communication with other departments. Education in administration or finance, prior experience in similar roles, knowledge of general accounting, and B1-level English proficiency are desirable. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with SAP is a plus.
