Tasks involve careful manual work—including sanding, cutting, finishing, and edging—always aiming for the highest quality in every component. Expert use of tools such as hot glue guns, along with other hand and small power tools, is required, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The selected candidate will also perform adjustments, repairs, and touch-ups on models or parts to ensure final output perfection. Good organization of the workstation and model materials is essential to maintain an orderly and productive workspace. Support will be provided in sample-related tasks and event preparations, contributing to product presentation. Prior experience in model-making workshops, basic carpentry, furniture assembly, or similar technical handicrafts and prototyping activities will be considered. The ability to work independently, maintain good order, and comply with safety regulations is essential. Minimum 1 year of experience in sanding, gluing, and surface preparation. Proficient use of hot glue guns and basic workshop tools (utility knife, small saw, drill).
