Job Summary: We are seeking a lathe operator for precision machining in the automotive sector, with responsibilities including adjustment, maintenance, and quality assurance. Key Points: 1. Team collaboration to meet deadlines We are looking for a male or female lathe operator with over six months of experience in precision machining, both on conventional lathes and CNC lathes, for an automotive-sector company located in Arganda del Rey. Main responsibilities include performing machine adjustments and basic maintenance, ensuring the quality and precision of machined parts, and collaborating with the production team to meet delivery deadlines. **Employment is stable:** four months via an ETT, followed by permanent staff incorporation. Full-time schedule of forty hours per week on morning shift (7:00–15:15\). Salary according to category, ranging from €12.37 to €13.28 gross per hour. Immediate start. * LATHE OPERATOR experience is valued * Vocational Training Certificate (FPI/FPII) in Mechanical Manufacturing is valued. * Availability for immediate start * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
