**Job Description**
A company in the construction and renovation sector seeks to hire a **Technical Architect** with experience in comprehensive management of renovation and construction projects within the Community of Madrid.
We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of leading projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from initial planning to final handover—ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and established quality standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Comprehensive management of the construction project lifecycle.
* Planning and supervision of renovation and construction works.
* Preparation of start-up, progress monitoring, interim reporting, and project closure reports.
* Budget preparation, quantity surveying, certifications, and economic control of projects.
* Execution of site layout and technical supervision during construction.
* Materials management and supply chain control.
* Creation and modification of technical drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools.
* Processing and management of construction permits, responsible declarations, and other administrative authorizations.
* Coordination and supervision of work teams, skilled laborers, and subcontracted companies.
* Quality supervision and control of executed works, ensuring compliance with the company’s technical standards.
* Monitoring of schedule adherence, cost control, and construction planning.
* Resolution of technical issues arising during project execution.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in managing and supervising renovation and construction projects within the Community of Madrid.
* Experience in preparing budgets, quantity surveys, certifications, and economic control of construction projects.
* Knowledge and experience in processing construction permits, responsible declarations, and other administrative procedures.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other project design and management tools (Presto, Revit, Microsoft Project, SketchUp, or similar will be considered an advantage).
* Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites across the Community of Madrid.
