Your daily tasks will include team management, quality control, on-site problem resolution, technical support during construction execution, and material handling and control. **Responsibilities:** * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the team, clients, and technical management. * Ability to resolve problems and provide technical support on site. * Analytical capability to oversee construction execution and ensure quality standards. * Experience in customer service to handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. * Additional desirable qualifications include teamwork ability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. * Preparation of quantity take-offs and work certifications. * Management of technical documentation and subcontractor follow-up. * Planning, organization, and execution of construction projects. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Building Construction, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in rehabilitation or construction projects. * Knowledge of quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control. * Proficiency with computer tools (AutoCAD, Excel, Tree, SketchUp, or similar). * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in vertical works or façade rehabilitation. * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and capacity to manage and resolve on-site incidents. **Location:** Madrid **Employment Type:** Full-time – On-site **Salary:** According to collective agreement. **Join Verticales y Reformas Uvillus and become part of a team that transforms façades, roofs, and spaces with professionalism, innovation, and commitment.** Salary: €27,000.00–€28,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
