Knowledge of DeltaV and SAP Basic training on HACCP system. Training in Halal certification. English B2 **EXPERIENCE:** Leading the production team, prioritizing tasks for process technicians and operators in accordance with quality standards. 2 years in a similar role **PERSONAL SKILLS:** Responsibility Confidence Initiative and ability to generate ideas and concepts Results orientation Value creation Change management Teamwork; organized, tenacious, consistent, and meticulous individual 5 Lead the production team, prioritizing tasks for process technicians and operators in accordance with quality standards. * Preparation and sterilization of industrial culture media. * Inoculation of cultures. * Industrial cleaning and disinfection of equipment, utensils, and rooms. * Harvesting, formulation with cryoprotectants, freezing, and lyophilization of biomass obtained from industrial bioreactors. * Collection of lyophilized product and packaging. * Harvesting, thermal treatment, carrier formulation, and atomization of biomass obtained from industrial reactors. * Process control through analysis of specific parameters. * Monitoring of established Critical Control Points (CCPs). * Supporting implementation of the Management System at ADM WILD VALENCIA. * Compliance with KOSHER and HALAL product manufacturing protocols. * Coordination of tasks performed by process technicians and operators. * Leadership of the shift emergency response team. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
