We need to hire male and female security guards for our security company "ALERTA Y CONTROL" at the Hospital del Sureste in Arganda del Rey. Your responsibilities as a security guard will be as follows: \- Protection of assets and personnel. \- Access control. \- Patrols throughout the facility premises. \- General surveillance duties. Requirements \- Immediate availability. \- Must hold the **TIP** (Private Security Officer License) issued by the Ministry of the Interior — MANDATORY (Applicants not meeting this requirement are requested not to apply; hiring is not possible without it). \- Dynamic individuals with strong customer orientation. \- Prior experience is not required. Offer \- **Permanent contract.** \- Immediate incorporation. \- Salary according to the security sector collective agreement. \- **Welcome bonus of 1000 euros**, provided the employee remains actively employed with the company for one year (excludes absences due to incapacity and analogous situations). \- Working hours from 7:00 to 19:00. \- Training provided by the company and career development opportunities.
