At **OCA Global**, we are evolving the architecture of our deliveries and seeking a **Salesforce Release Manager & Senior Developer** to lead the deployment strategy, automate our *pipelines* for continuous integration, and collaborate on the core development of the platform. We are looking for a candidate with a solid Salesforce development *background*, eager to take ownership of the lifecycle of our deliveries—transitioning from a partially automated model to full automation from QA through to Production. ### **Your Mission** You will be responsible for coordinating, standardizing, and ensuring software releases in our Salesforce org, guaranteeing environment stability through branch control, management of incremental (*delta*) deployments, and automation of our *pipelines*. Additionally, you will stay close to the code by participating in PR reviews (*Code Reviews*) and development with Apex and LWC. ### **️ Your Key Responsibilities** * **Release & Branch Management:** Define and maintain the branching strategy in **Bitbucket**, ensuring an orderly delivery flow and resolving conflicts. * **CI/CD Evolution:** Design and consolidate automation of our deployment *pipelines* (currently automated in QA) to extend full automation to **UAT and Production** (via Bitbucket Pipelines / Jenkins). * **Code Quality (*****Gatekeeper*****):** Conduct *Code Reviews* of the development team’s Pull Requests prior to integration, ensuring adherence to best practices and test coverage. * **Continuous Testing:** Coordinate with the QA team to automatically execute *end\-to\-end* test suites linked to deployment executions. * **Salesforce Development:** Support the team in development tasks (Apex, LWC) and resolve technical blockers when release workload permits. ### **Requirements for the Position** * **Salesforce Experience:** At least 3\-4 years of prior experience working as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, Triggers, SFDX). * **Version Control:** Advanced proficiency with **Git** and **Bitbucket** (branch management, workflows, resolution of code and metadata conflicts). * **Salesforce Deployment Management:** Demonstrable experience creating *delta* deployments, destructive deployments, and using Salesforce CLI (SFDX). * **Pipelines / CI/CD:** Experience working with **Bitbucket Pipelines** or **Jenkins** to automate deliveries. * **Quality and Testing:** Experience performing code reviews and integrating *test classes* / automated test executions into deployment workflows. ### **What We Offer** * **Hybrid work model** in Sant Cugat (2/3 remote workdays per week). * **Job stability:** Permanent contract and full-time schedule from day one. * **Flexible hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM.
