This role offers you the opportunity to lead strategic projects, influence key business decisions, and contribute to the evolution of the automobile line with direct impact on customer experience and business sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Design and execute the strategy** for the Automobile business line, aligned with global objectives, ensuring a differentiated and innovative positioning in products, services, and distribution. * **Implement underwriting and pricing policies**, coordinating with actuarial teams and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. * **Manage the commercial offering**, adapting it to distribution channels and volume and profitability targets. * Monitor and analyze business performance, proposing actions to optimize results and ensure achievement of budgetary objectives. * **Validate contractual documentation** and support the development of technical, commercial, and promotional materials. * **Monitor costs and service quality**, promoting efficiency in claims management and customer service. * **Represent the business line in internal forums** and manage relationships with various organizational departments. * **Participate in modernization and digital transformation projects for the automobile line**, contributing to its evolution and adaptation to industry trends. **PROFILE:** * Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * Additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree or MBA will be valued. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in the insurance sector, preferably in automobile-related lines. * Over 5 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced knowledge of the insurance market and current trends in the automobile line. * High level of English proficiency. * Key competencies: results orientation, cross-functional leadership, communication skills, strategic vision, and project management capability. \#Insurance \#Automobiles \#Leadership \#Innovation \#DigitalTransformation \#Opportunities \#InsuranceSector \#ProjectManagement \#SeniorTalent **Why join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of the most relevant Talent Hubs for AXA, with over 3\.000 employees working on local and international projects.
