And that’s where you come in. **Job Description:** The Installer role falls within the Installations Department under Bids \& Projects Management and actively participates in field deployment of solutions. As part of a team led by a Site Manager and coordinated by a Supervisor, you will primarily perform the following responsibilities: * Ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance for tasks assigned by the Site Manager/Supervisor. * Early identification and reporting of any unplanned activity or deviation from standards or best practices regarding quality, health, safety, and environment. * Daily monitoring and reporting of on-site activities to the Supervisor, tracking progress and measuring productivity. * Ensuring materials are suitable for on-site use prior to installation and verifying subcontractor completion of inspection points. * Conducting sampling inspections at designated inspection points. * Collecting information to dynamically update civil engineering and building designs based on changes arising during on-site execution. * Performing assembly and connection of signalling components. * Commissioning signalling components (track circuits, signals, axle counters). * Supporting engineering during the testing phase. **What profile are we looking for?** * Minimum qualification: Vocational training. * English language knowledge is desirable. * Proven experience in installation and commissioning of railway signalling equipment. * Willingness to travel. **What do we offer you?** * Approximately 35 working days of annual leave. * Be Easy programme, offering services for your care and that of your close circle. * Pension plan. * Flexible remuneration plan. * Financial supplements linked to performance and additional to the fixed gross annual salary. * Annual training plan tailored to your role, covering skills, languages, technical competencies, etc. * An organisation that considers diversity and inclusion as strategic pillars: we promote gender equality; we encourage intergenerational coexistence and mutual learning; we value all cultures and nationalities; we believe all abilities are valuable and necessary; and we foster a safe environment for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation. **Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
