Additionally,* *in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.* Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with the R\&D team in the development of new projects: + Operate manual lathes and milling machines for prototype creation and part reprocessing. + Assemble and develop prototypes, applying analytical skills to suggest solutions and alternatives. + Conduct tests and trials on prototypes and existing products. * Work jointly with R\&D and Quality departments on the industrialization of new products and the improvement of existing ones: + Assist in the development and assembly of machinery and tooling to enhance manufacturing processes. * Transfer knowledge and assembly processes of new products to the production line. * Support the study, improvement, and troubleshooting of production issues related to existing products. Technical Skills* Proficient in operating lathes, milling machines, drills, and other manufacturing equipment. * Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. * Skilled in manual assembly work. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. * Experience liaising with suppliers. * Intermediate proficiency in English. Personal Attributes* Proactive and self\-motivated. * Problem\-solving attitude with a focus on resolution. * Strong team player with effective communication skills. * Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to others.
