Are you an engaged, proactive, and committed individual who works well in a team? If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking a QUALITY TECHNICIAN for one of our companies located in Algemesí (Valencian Community). **Key responsibilities include:** Quality control at all stages of the production process (slaughtering, evisceration, cutting, packaging, labeling, BPHM, etc.). Compliance with established procedures and Dolz’s plant-specific quality protocols. Daily and real-time HACCP implementation. Guiding and monitoring plant personnel to ensure adherence to food quality and safety standards. Control of incoming meat products. Control of packaged products in the cutting room (labeling accuracy, packaging gases, package seal integrity, quality defects, etc.). Strong communication with factory staff. Reporting identified incidents or deviations to the Quality Manager. Supporting the Quality Manager in daily tasks, customer visits, and quality audits. Participation in HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud, and Halal teams. **REQUIREMENTS:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Food Industry or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
