Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. **What You’ll Do** * Be the Guardian of Quality \- Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec — no compromises. * Find and Fix \- Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand\-in\-hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight. * Raise the Bar \- Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top\-tier quality without slowing down progress. * Document the Journey \- Record inspection results and generate reports — because quality isn’t just what we do, it’s what we prove. **Requirements** **What You’ll Need** **Must\-Have** * Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high\-tech manufacturing. * Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods. * Sharp attention to detail — you spot imperfections others miss. * Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures. * English is a must – is our working language. * Flexibility for morning\-afternoon shift rotation each week * Working hours\- 7hrs\-15hrs for morning shift. 14hrs\-22hrs for afternoon shift. **Nice\-to\-Haves** * Experience with non\-destructive testing (NDT). * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. * Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys. **Who You Are** You’re not just an inspector — you’re a perfectionist with purpose.
