We are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn and grow within the industrial sector in Guissona. You will join the production team, responsible for organizing, monitoring, and improving production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating manufacturing with production and commercial teams, planning orders and material flows, analyzing performance data and deviations, and attending operational meetings. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects, automation initiatives, and cost control activities. A degree in Food Science and Technology is required; a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Food Industry or prior relevant experience is valued. A proactive, organized attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential. Availability to work in Guissona is required.
