We are seeking personnel to join the production team of a company in the renewable energy sector located in Daimiel. The job involves actively participating in the manufacturing process, performing manual and technical tasks on the production line. It is essential to follow established quality and safety procedures, maintaining constant attention to detail. The work environment is dynamic and team-based, promoting coordination and mutual support among colleagues to achieve daily objectives. Initial training will be provided to facilitate adaptation to tasks and processes. The contract is temporary, with potential for continuity based on performance and plant requirements. Working hours are organized into rotating 12-hour shifts, alternating weeks of five working days with weeks of two working days. The annual gross salary amounts to 25\.023 euros. Candidates must be willing to perform physical and manual tasks in an industrial production environment.
