**Production Operator for Assembly and Finishing Tasks** This position is located in an industrial manufacturing environment, where primary responsibilities center on product assembly and finishing. Work involves handling components requiring careful manipulation, including manual gluing of parts to ensure proper adhesion and alignment according to technical specifications. Parts are also protected during various stages to prevent damage or contamination, then thoroughly cleaned prior to final packaging. Packaging follows strict protocols to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Additionally, the work area is organized and maintained to support a tidy and safe environment. Visual quality control is performed, identifying and reporting any defects. Work is conducted in teams, with continuous communication among colleagues and supervisors to coordinate workflow. Attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow technical instructions are highly valued. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in production or industrial manufacturing environments is required. Candidates must possess manual dexterity and demonstrable experience handling common hand tools used in workshops. Discipline, punctuality, and the ability to meticulously follow standardized operating procedures are essential. Ownership of a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace is considered a positive factor. The minimum required qualification is a Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) diploma in an industry-related field.
