Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Department Intern to support the Procurement Department by assisting in identifying procurement needs, conducting market analysis, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships. Committed to equal opportunities and diversity. At Dia, we aim to hire an intern to support the Procurement Department within the Real Estate and Procurement Directorate. The selected candidate will join the team, contributing their perspective and providing support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify procurement needs and analyze the market to identify potential suppliers according to technical specifications. * Collaborate in preparing negotiation strategies to optimize commercial terms. * Participate in quality audits and conduct follow-up studies to ensure compliance with company standards. * Support administrative registration of negotiation closures and formalization of contracts. * Assist in monitoring and managing supplier payments, following established procedures. **Requirements:** * Students or recent graduates in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Commerce, or related fields. * Knowledge of AI is valued. * Intermediate level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Full-time availability. **What Can We Offer You?** * Study allowance: €700 gross/month. * Hybrid work model. * Opportunity to learn within our Procurement Department, which has been working since 2010 on renewing our private-label products. * Opportunity to join one of the top companies for university training, according to the Merco University Talent Ranking.
