In this department, you will have the opportunity to apply all knowledge acquired during your studies through practical, real-world examples—skills that will benefit your professional career. We are undergoing transformation initiatives, including onboarding new products; therefore, you will participate in Schneider Electric’s new market launches and offerings. Join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to learn: * Participate in a dynamic department responsible for developing new industrial processes and driving continuous improvement. * Work with tools of various types (ERP, BI…) * Learn how to define processes, measure and improve production line quality, and apply continuous improvement tools * Participate, innovate, and contribute ideas for implementing digital and technological tools to enhance and digitize processes * Collaborate with other company departments or other Schneider Electric plants for new implementations and multidisciplinary projects (External) English Qualifications: **Are you the person we are looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Industrial Organization/Production or related fields. * Curious and disruptive mindset * Analytical capability * Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday), with morning availability; schedule is flexible—you may start anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. * Ability to arrange a 6-month internship agreement with your university or educational institution. * Availability to start in October. * Extroversion and eagerness to learn. * High level of English. **By participating in our Trainee Program, you will gain:** A specially designed experience focused on your learning and development Paid internships (based on your agreed schedule: minimum 20 hours and maximum 30 hours per week, €700–€900/month) Monitoring of your progress and learning * Flexible scheduling to balance with your studies ️One flexible day off per month (accumulable) Possibility of remote collaboration depending on the role (up to 2 days per week) Duration of 6 months, with potential extension or conversion to full-time employment. * As a company, we consistently adhere to our corporate values—customer orientation, challenging the status quo, embracing diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
