Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in IT service management, process improvement, automation, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex environments. Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Technical and managerial knowledge: Proficiency in service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT or others). Experience in monitoring, operation of IT systems and infrastructure. Knowledge of heterogeneous environments: systems, storage, virtualization, end-user workstations, networks, and critical platforms. Ability to define and implement service metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and control mechanisms. Transformation capabilities: Experience in: IT process improvement (optimization, standardization) Automation of operations Evolution of user support and service delivery models Ability to lead service transition and transformation initiatives, ensuring continuity and quality throughout the change Personal skills: Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills with business units and healthcare stakeholders. Results orientation, service quality focus, and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to manage in complex and distributed environments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP Grado Superior) in Computer Science or Telecommunications YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUESTED PROFILE: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions \#LI\-DNI
