Contribute to project industrialization and product/process enhancement **Job Summary:** The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, defining, and optimizing assembly processes within their scope. They will proactively identify opportunities to adapt and improve processes to ensure efficiency, safety, quality, and cost\-effectiveness. The engineer will also support the industrialization of new projects and continuous improvement of products and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead PFMEA and Control Plan creation and updates, including supplier participation. * Design or supervise assembly/process flows for manufacturing or rework activities. * Create or supervise work instructions and process documentation. * Ensure all assembly processes operate under Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, poka\-yoke, Value Stream Mapping). * Identify process improvements in plant and supplier operations, including cost\-benefit analysis. * Support the Quality department in supplier qualification and selection. * Contribute to manufacturing and tooling cost estimates for customer quotations. * Conduct workflow analysis and recommend improvements in material handling and plant layout. * Create and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) related to process improvements. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar). * 3–5 years’ experience in assembly processes in an industrial environment (automotive/plastics preferred). * Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, and Lean Manufacturing techniques. * Experience in project industrialization and production launch. * Analytical skills, problem\-solving, teamwork, and effective communication. * Proficiency in CAD and MS Office; technical English preferred. **Core Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Creative and innovative thinking. * Problem\-solving and decision\-making. * Leadership and teamwork. * Ethics, accountability, and self\-direction. * Continuous improvement mindset. **Job Summary:** The Assembly Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, defining, and optimizing assembly processes within their scope.
