You will join the corporate services area and lead and implement **process management** and **quality assurance** initiatives in **engineering projects** within the Mobility business (integrated solutions in **infrastructure, transportation, and mobility**), acting as a key liaison between technical, quality, and management teams. Your objective will be to ensure the proper implementation of processes and efficient project execution in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and best operational practices. **What you will do:** * **Process Management:** * Design, document, and improve internal processes within the area and projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in key processes, proposing and implementing actions to optimize efficiency and reduce deviations. * Collaborate with managers from various areas to ensure proper definition, implementation, and monitoring of cross-functional processes. * Conduct process analyses (mapping, indicators, bottlenecks) and propose data-driven solutions. * Participate in defining and monitoring process performance indicators (KPIs) and in preparing follow-up reports. * Support in preparing and conducting audits of the quality and process management system. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process standardization throughout the organization. * **Quality Assurance in Engineering Projects:** * Review contractual quality assurance requirements to apply established provisions within Sener's quality management system according to the project's scope, objectives, and requirements. * Select, adapt, or establish applicable or required quality assurance standards and procedures, ensuring compliance. * Plan, approve, and keep updated the project-specific quality plan, as well as execute and supervise tasks required by this plan. * Participate in design reviews ensuring they are conducted according to the established plan. * Conduct or supervise internal and project audits when necessary. * Manage detected non-conformities and corrective action plans, ensuring their closure and effectiveness evaluation. * Collect and periodically report project quality KPIs. * Verify proper document management related to quality and ensure compliance with the document control system. * Verify supplier qualifications and supervise the application of their quality plans. * Coordinate quality aspects between the project team and other involved groups. * Maintain communication with the client's representative on quality matters, if designated. **What we expect from you:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality and/or processes. * Course/Certificate in Internal Auditor ISO 9001. * Desirable experience in LRT (Light Rail Transit), Metro, or Railway projects. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.) is an advantage. * Willingness to learn, develop, and apply new techniques, standards, and processes. * Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. * Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities. **What we offer you:** These are some of the benefits you will enjoy at Sener: * You will have the opportunity to participate in innovative, high-level technological international projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. * You will enjoy better time management through our flexible working hours and remote work policies. * You can optimize your salary with our flexible compensation plan (meal card, private health insurance, childcare vouchers...) and you will have life and accident insurance. * We will take care of you with our physical and emotional wellbeing program, which includes sports, workshops, etc. * We will support your professional development with technical training, skill-building, language courses, etc., so you can continue growing and achieving your goals. * We promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals and are certified as a Family-Friendly Employer (efr).
