At **TrainingVits**, we are seeking to hire a **Personal Trainer** for our center located in Carmona (Sevilla). TrainingVits is a specialized service offering strength training, personal training, and small-group sessions, aimed at improving our clients’ health, physical fitness, and quality of life through tailored, approachable training. We seek a person passionate about training, responsible, approachable, and possessing strong communication and client-interaction skills. We especially value initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm for professional growth alongside the project. **Main responsibilities:** * Planning and leading small-group training sessions. * Delivering personal and partner training sessions. * Conducting initial assessments and ongoing user follow-up. * Designing and adapting training programs according to goals, fitness level, and physical condition. * Supervising correct technical execution of exercises. * Ongoing client follow-up and support. * Collaborating in service organization and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSAF/TAFAD/TSEAS) or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD), or equivalent qualifying qualification. * Knowledge of strength training and physical exercise. * Strong interpersonal skills and client orientation. * Responsibility, punctuality, and initiative. * Prior experience in personal training or small-group sessions will be valued, **though it is not mandatory**. **What we offer:** * Initial employment contract of **16\-20 hours per week**. * Work primarily on **Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays**, with schedule details to be finalized. * Start date during September. * A stable project with **real potential to progressively increase working hours** as TrainingVits grows. * A supportive work environment and the opportunity to participate in the development of a growing project. **Workplace:** TrainingVits – Calle García Lorca 14, Carmona (Sevilla). **We especially seek someone who does not merely wish to fill a set number of hours, but who is eager to engage deeply in a training project and grow professionally alongside it.** Salary: €700.00\-€900.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
