We are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee daily performance, bring structure to operations, and ensure consistency across all locations. This role is ideal for a hands\-on professional who thrives in fast\-paced environments and has a strong focus on **team accountability, operational control, and continuous improvement**. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations * Ensure consistency in service standards, food quality, and customer experience * Lead, train, and manage teams across all venues (scheduling, performance, discipline) * Implement and enforce operational procedures and standards * Monitor and control costs (cash handling, stock control, margins) * Identify inefficiencies and drive operational improvements * Handle incidents, staff issues, and customer complaints effectively * Work closely with ownership and report on performance **Requirements** * Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in **multi\-unit or high\-volume environments** * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and discipline teams * Solid understanding of **cost control, KPIs, and operational performance** * Hands\-on, structured, and highly organized profile * Ability to take ownership and make decisions on the ground * Spanish required; strong English essential (additional languages are a plus) **What We Offer** * Full\-time position * Salary according to experience * Opportunity to play a key role in improving and structuring operations * Long\-term growth within the group We are a growing restaurant group with **2–3 high\-volume venues sharing a similar concept**, located in the tourist area of Barceloneta.
