We are seeking personnel to fill machine operator and production operator positions in the food manufacturing and packaging sector. Main tasks are carried out in a continuous production environment, specifically on in-house pouch packaging lines. The job includes daily operation of machinery, starting production at the beginning of each shift, and participating in product-dependent format changeovers. Basic equipment adjustments are also performed to maintain process parameters, and materials are supplied to the line. Another key responsibility is in-line quality control, verifying critical points to ensure food safety and product quality. Any technical incidents must be promptly detected and reported to prevent stoppages. At the end of production, finished products are palletized and labeled, and thorough technical cleaning of machinery and the work area is conducted, following quality, food safety, and 5S system protocols. The job features a high pace and requires a responsible, versatile attitude. A permanent contract with a probationary period is offered, along with immediate incorporation. The salary is €20,400 gross per year, plus a night shift premium. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts: morning (06:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), and night (22:00–06:00). Previous experience as a production operator or machine operator in an industrial setting is required. Experience in the food industry or in continuous production systems is considered a strong advantage.
