Minimum requirements: Hold a qualification sufficient to work as a Geriatric Care Worker in the Community of Madrid.
Description
They will be responsible for residents' well-being by assisting them with daily life activities (hygiene, grooming, feeding) that they cannot perform independently.
Accompanying residents on walks and engaging in conversations with them.
Transporting used clothing to the laundry and collecting clean clothing from the laundry.
Providing personal hygiene care, assisting users with physiological needs, receiving and distributing meals to patients and disabled individuals on the ward, as well as removing meal trays, and delivering food to beneficiaries who cannot do so themselves.
Monitoring patients' static postures, lifting and positioning patients in bed. Monitoring and assisting, where necessary, with patients' ambulation.
Performing posture changes and other auxiliary services assigned according to their technical training (e.g., transporting residents within the facility to various activities).
Reporting any incidents affecting users' health.
Attending to users' family members in accordance with guidelines established by management and the functional plan, and collaborating in their integration into center life.
Collaborating with the professional team by performing basic tasks that complement their specialized services, aiming to promote users' personal autonomy and social integration.
Preventing or identifying any issues affecting service quality.
Salary: €900.00–€1,120.00 per month
