Key Responsibilities * Perform high\-quality manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, acrylic and gel nail treatments. * Lead, support and motivate the salon's nail technician team. * Maintain consistently high standards of treatments and customer service. * Train and support new and existing team members. * Help organise staff schedules, appointments and daily salon operations. * Monitor stock levels and ensure nail products and supplies are available. * Ensure strict hygiene, sanitation and health and safety standards are followed. * Handle client enquiries and resolve concerns professionally. * Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings. * Keep the team up to date with new nail trends, techniques and products. * Support the continued growth and success of the Londora salon. What We're Looking For * Strong professional experience as a Nail Technician. * Experience leading or supervising a salon team is preferred. * Excellent skills in manicures, pedicures and gel polish. * Experience with **BIAB, acrylics, gel extensions and nail art** is highly desirable. * Strong leadership and organisational skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Professional, reliable and positive attitude. * Ability to work independently and confidently manage a team. * Relevant nail or beauty qualifications are preferred, although candidates with strong practical experience will also be considered.
