**Description:** ---------------- **IBERCACAO, PART OF THE LACASA GROUP, A MAJOR PLAYER IN THE MASS CONSUMPTION\-FOOD SECTOR, IS SEEKING FOR ITS PLANT IN QUINTANAR DE LA ORDEN (TOLEDO)** **MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **MISSION:** Reporting to the Factory Director and the Maintenance Manager, the candidate will be responsible for: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, shafts, and bearings. * Maintenance of static equipment: manual and automatic valves, piping, and fittings. * Mechanical adjustment and alignment of industrial machinery: shaft alignments, belt and chain tensioning. * Diagnosis and repair of mechanical failures on production lines. * Collaboration in commissioning equipment and implementing mechanical improvements. * Recording interventions and adherence to the maintenance plan. * Compliance with food safety regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL), and quality standards. * **OFFERED:** Joining a stable project within a leading and highly recognized company in the sector. Company-provided medical insurance is included. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in related fields (e.g., maintenance, mechanics), along with specialized training or knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industrial sector as a maintenance technician, preferably in the Food Industry or Food Distribution. * Knowledge of the IFS quality management system and PRL training will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using CMMS software such as Prisma is desirable. * Availability to work the fourth shift. * Must be willing to reside in the vicinity of Quintanar de la Orden (Toledo)
